As I delve deeper into my neural growth and development in the pursuit of my Doctorate in Organizational Leadership - my purpose and goal of this blog is to document my writings, thoughts, and personal reflections; as they relate to both my academic and personal life.
This pursuit has created a foundation with which I have begun to reflect upon my life, me person, and my goals for the future.
There is not other intent or goal of this blog other than to document my writings to make them my own and also to create a "toolbox" to consolidate everything.
